RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you will love your new Contour products, but if we some reason you have buyer's remorse, don't worry, we've got you covered. Product may only be returned for a full refund under the following conditions:

• The product was purchased within 30 days.
• The product is unopened and unused and the product packaging is in its original state.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return a product, please send an email to support@contour.com. Please reference your:

• contour.com order number
• Name
Product(s) to be returned
• Reason for your return.

After contacting Contour Support, you will be issued a RA number along with return postage instructions. Once the product is received by Contour your payment will be credited. *Credits usually appear on your credit card statement within (1) billing cycle.
