I used the handlebar mount for a lot of these shots, it was easy to fit on to a ski pole which was what I used for a lot of the skiing shots and attached the pole to my helmet for the shot looking back at my face. The handlebar mount also fitted on my bike frame. I used a regular adhesive helmet mount for helmet mounted shots, and goggle mounted for skiing.
