My second run on Blackcombs opening day. Great snow at the top but real challenging thru the bottom. You can see the rain grooves in the snow, looks like great freeshies but once youre in the snow its really crusty.

My first run on Blackcomb this season getting pow turns down the Catskinner Bumps run. Snow was epic at the top but quickly turned crusty due to the heavy rain we got on Nov 24.

Marc gets sweet pow turns down Husumi chute. Approx 1.25 hrs hike to get to this line which runs out into Blackcomb Glacier. Worth the hike

Gave the boys direction so Marc follows jmemay thru more trees off the side of Backstage Pass. Good test for the VholdR in light shade thru the moss covered trees in the Crsytal ridge zone.
