Haiti, Port au Prince. We see a mother dragging her daughter in the streets. We stop the jeep and rush to her. She's got cholera and is in a critical state. Her pulse is very weak and she can hardly take a step. We pick her and her mother up and drive

im joining the first platoon, estonian isaf, to go into operation moshatrak in afghanistan, helmand in february 2010. im working in the second part of my photo essay on the civilians stuck in the middle of the war.
