Pretty easy. I used Power Director and it has a "wizard" function that almost does it for you. The only negative is that it shortened the vid clip by 10 seconds or so and cut out my friend that I was biking with. Also, the process really downgraded the quality of the vid, for some reason.

Funny, it looks like the bikers are really hauling a$$ and then the Porches go by like the bikes are in neutral and when the Ford Focus, or whatever it was, passes, you have to laugh. LOL!

Hi Gabi, Check this vid out: http://contour.com/stories/how-to-make-a-chest-harness-for-the-vholdr-camera . Let me know if that helps. Thanks for asking. The camera sort of sticks out in front with this mount, so it is a good idea to have hard chest armor, just in case you fall and land on your chest. Cheers, Larry
