JCoulter told a new story (10 months ago)

Playing with friends, the front tire lets go.

The cameras come with a mounting plate that sticks pretty well. I wasnt positive that it would stay on at 170mph so I ziptied the mounting bracket on as well. The camera then just slides onto the rails of the bracket. I ziptie the camera on as well, but it doesnt seem to actually require the zipties. One is on the front left fairing and the other is mounted to the tail. These cameras make it easy.

I am trying to be.... you can really see in this view where I am losing time on the entrance to a few corners. I knew that I was losing time there, but I never knew how much.I have much to work on before the next round of races.

Thanks for the comment. It is tough riding an older bike against the newer ones, but there are guys out there on bikes older than mine too.If you havent raced or done a trackday yet, I would highly recommend it. Most fun you can have on two wheels.

Great video Howard. I think I like your camera placement better than mine httpvholdr.comnode26352I went up high on the fairing to ensure that I didnt rub it on anything at full leancrash, because I was afraid that if I got the front suspension action, I would miss the action out front, but you have convinced me otherwise.Would you mind if I checked out your installation at the next WMRRA weekendThanks,Joe Coulter WMRRA 878
