Thanks man, I have used a hama mono pod, httpwww.ciao.co.ukHama_Sta...At the beginning of the pod, i have just fixed a plastic bicycle bell http94.100.122.24318500001...Just strip the bicycle bell, so you can click in the helmet mount from Contour httpwww.gnarlyparts.caimag...Mount the camera in the correct position depending which mount you use and how long it is In one section you can see the pole, this is just because i played for the fist time with this pod setup. After testing with some other mounting positions, i had the correct position. In the other two videos httpvholdr.comvideoridingalps1polecamview2010httpvholdr.comvideoridingalps2polecamview2010you wont see any pole in my left hand. I just wanted to use the recording in the first video
