I am 52 started road cycling when I turned 50 after a 33 year break am trying to do longer and faster rides a year ago I used to do 4 miles and that was my limit I am now doing 30 plus mile rides and nearly on 100 ok my speed is still low but thats improving too with my average at 16mph from 8mph BTW these videos are unedited or emhanced and meant as a record of my cycling life you want anything more then this aint it Favicon

try getting the Energiser 1800 battery pack it will keep you going on juice for ages and ages I am sure I got more than a few days use on a single charge. BTW try Viatrophy for the music goes well with Biking a bit heavy . otherwise look forward to your videos....

this is the Greenway cycle safe route between La Hisse and Dinan The video catches the journey about 3/4 of the way in but gives you an idea on what its like plus the first sight of Dinan the surface is suitable for 23c 700c wheels

this is starting at the top of the hill coming down into Henley on another Regatta day but this time the road was clear so I could enjoy the wind in my eyes taking the route back through Wargrave and Twyford This time there wasnt any car related incid
