homiesan: The run down from Prescott.. Luke AFB is concerned about its motorcycle riders so the base commander authorized a Wing Ride. All riders on base that wished to participate gathered at the Officers Club at 0800 for safety briefings and tech inspections. Given the standard obey the speed limits, ride within your abilities rigmarole we started breaking into groups. What they forgot to tell half the people was that they needed to get a ticket at the door for their group assignments. So several coworkers and I hung out to the side and hoped to get a group to our selves, and another group was waiting for several others to show up who were late. We ended up walking out of the briefing as one group of 8 and swelled to 11 by the time we were 5 miles off base. Only problem was the average mental age of the group was 17 I swear. We head out and meet up with and pass no less than 5 groups who left beforeafter or with us. So here goes a no shit gang of rockets looking for trouble, luckily we found nothing but that was not for a lack of trying. We made 2 runs up Yarnell and 1 up into Prescott. The group split after lunch and the true fans went down the way we came for more twistys. A good run, took a couple Prescott virgins on their first run and may have even taught them a couple things
