henrydoherty: Sugarbush Vermont My first video, with some problems that I cant yet identify.Constant digital distortion along the top portion.Temporary digital distortion and color defects at the beginning of each new clip. Strange colors constant in the white snow. Do I have a bad camera or bad cardI also cant delete the old images from my 2GB card. I keep deleting them but they are still there.

My guess is that you have edited your video in Windows Movie Maker or some other editing software which is why you are seeing the video distortion in the top part of the screen, the random pixelation and other video distortion aspects this is the same thing that I came across with my own VholdR and WMM. Be sure to double check the recommendations found here...httpwww.vholdr.comsupportsoftwareimportingandexportingvholdrvideoswindowsmoviemakerwmmAs for the discoloration is due to the lighting conditions and does not constitute your camera being bad so no worries thereOh yeah, to delete the videos I would recommend 3 optiosn 1reformatting your SD card deletes everything, or 2deleting the files by accessing them from startcomputervholdrvideos, or 3by using the delete function in the desktop software when youre in the camera section.Enjoy
