bad cat racing: 2009 Santa Cruz Naked Ride From my perspective as a fully clothedleatheredarmored D traffic escortsheep herder. Very cold night, think polar bear swim but with less ice water and a much higher possibility for road rash in places you dont even wash. Oddly enough, it is 100 legal to be naked in Santa Cruz city limits as long as you are not being lewd or lascivious. Given the ambient temperature and windchill that evening, that was not a problem for any of the participants involved.This is somewhere around the 12th year for this event.

Milk Its perfectly legal to be buttass naked in Santa Cruz city limits. You can walk down the street without a stitch of clothing, and people do it on a regular basis... as long as you are not being lewd.
