Yes it is....took the top part of the suction cup mount and made my own little attachment plate....bolted it to my front axle and there ya go Metal mount cchannel style system to hold the camera VERY STABLE I was impressed

Is the mount you are using part of the windshield mount The video looks very stable with little vibration.
