A great resource, and thankyou for your time to create and upload, just wish I had seen this before I lost my cam, mounted with the original flat surface mount. Velcro let go......

I use a RAM Mount with round plate. I stick a RAM mount round plate adhesive disk double sided adhesive to the RAM mount itself and on top of that the VholdR flatmount. To be safe I secured it with some ductape.Check out this vid httpwww.vholdr.comnode7667After about 35 secs it shows a picture of the set up. The RAM Mounts diameter is just a little bit bigger than the VholdR Flatmount. Almost a perfect fit No need for screwing through anything. I used this setup on 12 track days last year and already five this year. The adhesive is strong enough to keep everything together even at high revs, speeds and cornering. Works greatMaple Leaf Racing Pictureswww.mlrp.nl

Im a huge fan of RAM Mounts and have been planning to put together a smiler setup. Im wondering how you mounted a Trail mount to the RAM Mount. I was thinking of just screwing through a helmetmount but perhaps youve got a better method.
