spencer: Aerobatic Racing Challenge practice on Friday at the Madera air show. Bill Cornick is in the Big Bad Green and I am in the Meteor Pitts. We take off in formation, fly the pattern and line up on the race course aerobatic box. Big Bad Green is in the inside lane and I am on the outside lane. As soon as we line up I peel off to line abreast formation 200 feet from Big Bad Green and the race starts with a Smoke ON call over the radio. We fly the race sequence then line up in formation for the photo pass. Big Bad Green took the lead by 12 roll in the last maneuver.For more info visit httpwww.acroracing.org
