I survived with only minor injuries... The only gear I wasnt wearing were my gloves it was very warm that day and I had taken them off which proved to be a bad decision. This happened Sat., November 7th, and Im still pulling gravel out of my hands. Guess Ive learned my lesson. The bike was drivable, so nothing too major was damaged. The foot brake is completely destroyed, handlebars bent, front fender all scraped up, and I need new tires. In all, its gonna cost about 500 but 90 of that I wanted to do anyhow.... just not this soon. This is all thanks to the fact that the South Carolina Department Of Transportation likes to put the same gravel they use for the road out loosely instead of paved. So as I turned onto that road, everything looked normal until my back end started to swing out from underneath.Robert Herringwww.FiSHGRAPHICS.com
