Thanks Tommac for all this good point. What i would like is that the camera worked correctly, this model perform bad at all distance , you can see this also in last video.embed typeapplicationxshockwaveflash srchttpvholdr.comsitesdefaultfilesflv42player.swf allowfullscreentrue flashvarsheight281width500autostartfalsepluginsyourlytics1yourlytics.callbackhttpvholdr.comcallback.phprepeatlistfilehttpvholdr.comxspfnode34476embskinhttpvholdr.comsitesdefaultfilesflvskin.swflogohttpvholdr.comcontourhdimgvideoBug.png height281 width500 I will follow your advice and will send one message to assistance.D.
No problem about delay...Both yours and my cam dont appear as sharpe as the race bike video... I do see a diff in the brighter light though. Your cam just seems to focus a bit farther out than mine as the ground appears sharpe. Does it make a difference during your ride Are you trying to video the gauges or the roadway I guess you would have to decide what you want to view as to if the cam must be returned for correction. my cam tends to blur a good bit on the outer sides in HD but overall Im trying to shoot the roadwayride
Sorry for the delay, here my video.I notice still a lot of problem about focus embed typeapplicationxshockwaveflash srchttpvholdr.comsitesdefaultfilesflv42player.swf allowfullscreentrue flashvarsheight281width500autostartfalsepluginsyourlytics1yourlytics.callbackhttpvholdr.comcallback.phprepeatlistfilehttpvholdr.comxspfnode34174embskinhttpvholdr.comsitesdefaultfilesflvskin.swf height281 width500
D.I just tested my cam on the bike trying to use same distance... I notice some blur too. Esp in HD the center is focused best of course.Compare yrs to this.embed typeapplicationxshockwaveflash srchttpvholdr.comsitesdefaultfilesflv42player.swf allowfullscreentrue flashvarsheight281width500autostartfalsepluginsyourlytics1yourlytics.callbackhttpvholdr.comcallback.phprepeatlistfilehttpvholdr.comxspfnode33819embskinhttpvholdr.comsitesdefaultfilesflvskin.swflogohttpvholdr.comcontourhdimgvideoBug.png height281 width500 Sad note is you may have to return it for service as others have done for bad focus.
Thanks Tommac for your feedback, but i dont think that the out of focus is caused by too much closeness of the gloves or any other object.I see a lot of other videos where the focus is correct, an example, this video httpwww.vimeo.com5243663ThanksD.
Well in HD, the outer edges will be fisheyed. As to the tank logo... I think your too close for the focal length. Test it at a distance of 4 ft it seems to sharpen up... I was able to freeze the plate number on the car and it was clear... about 6 feet Notice the ground looks better. Focus seems to be 4 to 15ft the best.I guess sort of a comprimise for the cams usage.
