Lead a group of 12 of my fellow employees on a safety focused day of riding. I and a good friend unfortunately could not control ourselves on the mountains and pulled out a sizable lead. In a continuous improvement environment you are supposed to challenge yourself to better the last achievement, its not my fault that I ride these routes on a monthly basis. All in all we got some new riders accustomed to their bikes, refined some advanced rider skills and had a productive day in the Arizona sun
