gene805,I dont know about Adobe, Im using windows movie maker. In movie maker ,when your done with your project, you save it back to your computer to your vholdr videos folder that your vholdr desktop created.then you will see it on the vholdr desktop as a folder on the left, then click on it, pic your vid, and upload... hope this helps.
