The 2008 season was a historic one for the Carolina Sabers. From being formed by a group of friends at the start of January to Saber leadership organizing 250 people to victory at Valor Vs Venom the Sabers where gaining momentum quickly. The Sabers rise wasnt unnoticed as they gained several major sponsors for the 2008 season. As the Sabers honed their skills they also worked on team movement, communication, and tactics. It all paid off with the Sabers gaining the Most Valuable Team at MPPs Blood and Iron Stalingrad late in the season.
